At LOKLIK Europe you can receive your packages by:
Shipping via DHL, GLS or DB Schenker (DB Schenker used when the order is shipped on a pallet) the shipping cost is €18.95* incl. VAT. for every order.
The shipping cost if free if you purchase above €150* incl. VAT
We strive to send out your order in 1-2 business day. (This only applies when the complete order is in stock & 1-2 business days can vary with a few days due to unforeseen circumstances)
The average delivery time is 5-10 business days. (This may vary for some countries)

The shipping cost for the above mentioned countries are €90 incl. VAT and free shipping will apply to orders above €2000 incl. VAT.
What to do in case of cancellation or return?
Canceling an order is free of charge, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Do you cancel the order after it has been shipped to you? Then you must refuse the package upon delivery. If LOKLIK Europe has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after proper receipt of the return shipment. We will deduct the shipping costs incurred (only if you refuse the order at the door and have the delivery person take it unopened).
You have 14 days to change your mind from the day of delivery to return the product without giving any reason. Exceptions to this are products that have been assembled especially for you.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be notified in writing to LOKLIK Europe. This is explained in the steps below.
You can only return the product unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. For more information, see article 5. of our terms and conditions.
The customer is responsible for the return costs.
Return steps that need to be followed in this order:
1. Send an email to [email protected], this email should include:
- Order number (starts with LOKLIK-ORDO..)
- Specify the items that you want to return by name.
- If the original packaging and accessories are available.
- To improve our products, please include the reason for the return (optional).
2. Our support will provide the following steps that are needed to complete the return.

3. Once received the items, these will be checked by our support to see if this includes all the original packaging, accessories and the machine is unused.
4. Our support will update you regarding your refund through email.
5. Your refund will back into your account within the maximum of 14 days.
Do you want to return the entire order? Then you must follow the steps provided above. LOKLIK Europe will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. If the order is up to the required standards, for more information, see article 5. of our terms and conditions. The customer is responsible for the return costs.
If you return part of your order, then the customer is responsible for the return costs. We will refund the purchase price of the part of the order that you have returned. If the order is up to the required standards, for more information, see article 5. of our terms and conditions. In that case, shipping costs will not be refunded.
