LOKLiK Europe ships/delivers packages via DHL, UPS, GLS or DB Schenker (when the order is shipped on a pallet). 

The shipment will be sent out in 1-2 business day(s) if the order is fully in stock*.

Delivery time is 3-10 business days*.

What to do in case of cancellation or return?

Cancel

Cancelling an order is free of charge, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Do you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped to you? Then you must refuse the package upon delivery. If LOKLIK Europe has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after proper receipt of the return shipment. We will deduct the shipping costs incurred (only if you refuse the order at the door and have the delivery person take it unopened).

Returns

You have 14 days to change your mind from the day of delivery to return the product without giving any reason. Exceptions to this are products that have been assembled especially for you.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be notified in writing to LOKLIK Europe. This is explained in the steps below.
You can only return the product unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. For more information, see article 5. of our terms and conditions.
The customer is responsible for the return costs.


Return steps that need to be followed in this order:
1. Send an email to [email protected]. This email should include:

  • Order number (starts with LOKLIK-ORDO..)
  • Specify the items that you want to return by name.
  • If the original packaging and accessories are available.
  • To improve our products, please include the reason for the return (optional).

2. Our support will provide the next steps that are needed to complete the return.

3. Once we receive the items, these will be checked by our support team to see if it includes all the original packaging, accessories and the machine is unused.

4. Our support team will update you regarding your refund through email.

5. Your refund will be back into your account within a maximum of 14 days.

 

Extra information:

Do you want to return the entire order? Then you must follow the steps provided above. LOKLIK Europe will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. If the order is up to the required standards, for more information, see article 5. of our terms and conditions. The customer is responsible for the return costs.

If you return part of your order, then the customer is responsible for the return costs. We will refund the purchase price of the part of the order that you have returned. If the order is up to the required standards, for more information, see article 5. of our terms and conditions. In that case, shipping costs will not be refunded.
